While the Appian Logistics suite of products were designed for the general routing and scheduling marketplace, the company has done a great deal of work to incorporate functionality that is directly applicable to the Propane and Heating Fuel Industry. A few of these are highlighted below.
Ease of Use
APPIAN products are designed to run at the branch level by branch personnel.
Who should be serviced today or this week? Direct Route combines with our powerful database RADIS to analyze customer’s run-out dates, priority levels and relative proximity to the most critical deliveries in order to maximize stops per truck and without having to return to the same area repeatedly.

Appian has completed a wide variety of interface to both legacy and other enterprise wide systems. Current interfaces exist or are planned for the following propane specific back office or truck computer systems:
