Appian has a history of being a customer friendly company.  One way that we keep our customers happy is to provide Annual Users Conferences. On March 1 & 2, 2007, Appian held its annual 3PL Conference.  Over 20 different 3PL companies from all over the United States joined us in Orlando Florida to learn the latest and greatest upgrades to Direct Route and ResourcePro.

We gave attendees the opportunity to express their overall opinions of the conference. The following are examples of the feedback that we received:

1. What was your perception of the Conference facilities?

It was easily accessible and had everything needed for a conference. Service staff seemed to be very prompt and provided things needed before being asked.

1. Was Appian Staff helpful?

Yes. Very helpful! Mike, James, Rob, and Russ know there stuff and go the extra mile to find the answer if they don’t know it immediately.

1. What do you consider to be the best part of the Conference?

The Best Practices section. It is very informative and useful to someone who uses the software often but doesn’t have time to explore it to find the best way to do something.

1. Would you recommend the conference to someone, and if so, what would be the reason that they should attend?

I would recommend it to anyone that uses Direct Route or ResourcePro. Its a great way to learn processes and procedures that will save you time and money in the long run.
